The Team Training Manager is responsible for delivering specific technical and soft skills training courses within a call center and directly managing associates while in training.

Job Requirements

• Delivers training to students as specified by training manuals
• Supervises associates' performance and administers progressive discipline process while in training class
• Stays technically proficient in subject matter of businesses supported
• Stays proficient in instructional methods for adult learning
• Evaluates student performance and provide coaching and remediation
• Creates a positive classroom environment to retain good performers
• Creates a positive transition from classroom to work team
• Performs supervisory responsibilities, including, but not limited to: making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting, and terminating; conducting performance appraisals; and coaching and developing associatesEducation Requirements : HS Graduate or Equivalent Years of Related Experience : 1-2 YearsLicense/Certificate Required: NoDriver's License Required : NoTravel Requirements : NoneAge Requirement : 18+Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift 11-20 pounds on a regular basis, push/pull carts to move supplies from one location to another, and move office furniture to set up meeting rooms for training programsPreferred Skills:
