This role will lead Home Service’s talent acquisition team and programs through the identification, development, planning, and execution of an innovative talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you should be passionate about building and executing talent strategies, incorporating industry leading tools and technology, partnering with business leaders, and developing a team of driven talent acquisition professionals. Job Requirements

Partner with executive management to thoroughly understand the talent needed to successfully deliver the long term growth strategy and annual goals.

Execute and lead the recruiting team in the full life-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing, candidate assessment, and development of competitive offers while ensuring capabilities are designed, built and deployed to meet the evolving industry talent needs.

Develop and sustain external recruiting relationships and activities to enhance Home Servicess ability to benefit from those relationships through acquisition of high quality talent.

Partner with Home Service's sales and marketing team to build an employment brand including social media.

Coach and continuous development of the recruitment team through systematic conversation and activities that provides ongoing feedback and encouragement with the goal of improving performance and professional development.

Provide oversight of the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) and any subsequent system enhancements aimed at maximizing the flow of qualified candidates with emphasis on critical positions.

Compile, analyze and report recruiting, performance and retention data/metrics identify opportunities to improve high quality candidate flow, screening, processes, and procedures.

General Education and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Human Resources desired.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience leading talent acquisition across multiple business units/companies across multiple locations, in-house or in an RPO environment. 8-10 years full cycle recruiting experience and/or sourcing experience in a high-volume staffing environment, preferably experience recruiting in a services, hourly field-based environment.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media tools, and Human Capital Management systems. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
