The Coordinator, Systems Support is responsible for ensuring business continuity and operational support for capacity management systems. This position provides system data on demand, audits to documented processes, performs administrative tasks as related to ongoing system settings, maintenance and updates to drive continued optimization and performance. Provides single point of contact in each routing center as resource for determining optimal system settings and parameters.

Job Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports all transitional initiatives to ensure systemic transparency and no negative impact to business processes and requirements (Including seasonal resource planning, parameter settings, capacity reserve settings, time window management,shift management, etc.)
• Tests and validates capacity management settings and parameters to maximize capacity utilization
• Liaisons between capacity management and districts in maintaining optimal booking and routing parameters.
• Detects, differentiates, and determines owner of problems and issues, and provides counsel to resolution
• Provides systems data mining and ad hoc query
• Supports routing operations for problem solution and detection of issues, and communicates to the capacity management team
• Identifies routing system enhancements and continual improvement opportunities
• Performs capacity management design audits to ensure optimization of the booking and dispatch platform
• Performs other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Some undergraduate education
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Up to 25% travel
• 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to collaborate with others to deliver business results
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, and work with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of industry and logistics practices, including routing operations and workforce planning
• Strong innovative thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to evaluate processes and infrastructure and improve performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to user groups who are non-technical
• Proficient skills in using personal computer and Microsoft suite products (i.e., Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) PREFERRED

SKILLS:

• Previous dispatch, routing and/or resource management experience
• SQL query writing experience
• Previous experience with process auditing and/or quality control
