GENERAL SUMMARY: The Supervisor, Centralized Recruitment Operations is a service-oriented, highly-motivated and energetic individual, responsible for providing support for the Transformco Sears Home Services - Centralized Talent Acquisition (CTA) team in the successful execution of projects and processes to improve and maintain operational excellence for the enterprise. This role is responsible for reporting, metrics, and continuous process improvements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise CTA recruitment operations, identifying needs, determining solutions and integrating tools and processes
  • Work with Leadership on sourcing strategies to implement solutions
  • Ensure technology is being utilized properly, training of technology to team members and technology improvements and updates
  • Ensure sourcing tools and techniques are being used properly and consistently amongst the team
  • Responsible for developing reporting on utilization and evaluation of sourcing tools to determine ROI and recommendations
  • Responsible for design, producing and communicating key performance indicators to the organization and Leadership Team.
  • Manage the CTA Recruitment Coordinator -Operations team
  • Manage vendor relationships for CTA recruitment
  • Oversee the management and execution of all CTA Hiring Events and measure ROI
  • Build reporting capabilities to analyze and disseminate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual recruiting metrics at all levels of leadership covering all of the various Homes Services businesses
  • Participate in CTA recruitment campaigns and initiatives by ensuring that all operational associated aspects are being managed correctly
  • Ensure data and compliance integrity by understanding and developing business workflows and utilizing recruiting data structures
  • Manage AI campaigns and provide ROI
  • Understand customer/client needs and expectations within an area of accountability.
  • Works with peers and business partners to ensure development efforts meet business needs, implements new or enhanced tools and technology (i.e. interfaces, outsourced vendor arrangements, system integration) and manages service and support.
  • Maintains business processes, procedures and supporting documentation.
  • Interfaces with IT, providing functional subject matter expertise on business requirements, ensuring compliance to processes and ensuring that the client is fully versed in any IT solutions.
  • Participates in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including participation in project planning, testing and coordination for small to medium sized projects or leading a project phase.

Job Requirements

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent experience of 2-3 Years
  • Demonstrated expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent creativity in terms of both strategic solutions and tactical recruiting ideas
  • Excellent skills in use of ATS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to best optimize it for efficiency and quality.
  • A strong analytical mindset. Data and process are priorities
  • Strong recruitment skills and understanding of the recruiting lifecycle
  • Successful utilization of internet based sourcing techniques
  • Strong leadership ability and prior related supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times
