The Head of Online Analytics is responsible for the overall business and data insights into the Online Business Unit and for key drivers and recommendations to advance the profitability of the enterprise ecommerce sites.

Job Requirements

  • Guides new analytics tool decisions and next generation strategies. Defines and establishes the analytics vision, goals, supporting business metrics, and success indicators.
  • Presents insights and strategies to the executive team to drive long term strategy and decision making in a clear, succinct, actionable manner
  • Oversees cross-functional and cross-divisional collaboration on analytics, insights and achievement of business results.
  • Ensures the roadmaps/ strategies across analytics teams is synergistic and allows for realization of business objectives to include Business Operating Profit (BOP) and Revenue objectives.
  • Ensures the efficient allocation of resources and execution of analytics and systems strategy and projects.
  • Works cross functionally with business owners, stakeholders and brand teams to lead the design, development and deployment of user friendly analytical capabilities that result in improved data-driven decision making
  • Designs and develops industry innovating analytics architectures and standards that significantly benefits the business of SHC
  • Measures success of strategies and activities that enable unbridled growth in the integrated retail space allowing for the company to be the leader in this space.
  • Interacts with executive management and leads teams through transformational change with a positive and collaborative approach.
  • 5-10 years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing analytics.
  • Ability to lead both high and detail level analysis through tactics and reporting
  • Polished yet scrappy, entrepreneurial self-starter who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively in a high energy, fast-paced company environment
  • Demonstrated strength in leading both reporting and business insight areas while still maintaining a roll-up-your-sleeves management style
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and understand relationships between complex issues when problem solving
  • Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and handle risk to top and bottom line
  • Experience with identifying opportunities for the offline and online integration of customer engagement initiatives
  • Ability to execute projects with aggressive timelines alongside a project roadmap

  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Master's degree highly preferred
