GENERAL SUMMARY: Manage in excess of $100M annual revenue potential of B2B claims submission and revenue recovery platform. Responsible for ensuring that all Claimable events in excess of 500,000 claims annually to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Third Party Administrators (TPA) are filed correctly and collected in a timely manner and ensuring that the financial risk to the organization is minimized.

Job Requirements

• •Develop and maintain internal systems to manage contracts with respect to revenue recognition•Lead process improvements to streamline and automate the claim review and submission processes•Work directly with IT teams (both in-house and 3rd parties) to define and implement system improvements and data reporting•Analyze and continuously monitor data as it compares to organizational targets•Utilize statistics to predict trends guiding decisions and business cases•Program manage new initiatives related to clients and revenue recognition for the organization•Conduct statistical studies to predict trends, forecast, and optimize success factors driving revenue recognition•Collect and compile analytical content including data analysis and data interpretation to inform project prioritization, develop benefit cases, forecast improvement opportunities, set organizational KPI goals and monitor control plans.•Apply Lean Six Sigma and related performance improvement methodologies to analyze performance metrics and to adequately evaluate business performance.•Construct and support a high performance environment with positive leadership and strong team orientation•Develop visible KPI's to effectively communicate goal realization for Claims Team.
