Assist Apparel Production team to successfully manage the development and production process, end to end, and deliver product on-time.

Job Requirements

Performs analysis required relevant to garment production and costingResponsible for the initiation of garment development to vendors from prototypes through production.Determines course of action for ensuring the consistency of the fit, specification, quality and construction of the product are up to Hypercel standardsExecute to allocation plan for conceptual development samples and ensure that product meets design aesthetic, sku/style plan and meets global sourcing strategy requestsMonitor calendar deadlines and workflow with cross-functional partners regarding Research & Development on raw material yardage needs and timing and delivers final hand off. Support Product Development team on all development activities as outlined in the go-to-market calendarSupport product developer with data entry involving costing updates, approvals of strike-offs/samples/lab dips, communicates revisions/updates in a timely mannerDaily communications with overseas agent, production team, and internal cross-functional partnersCollaborate cross-functionally on execution of product as defined by briefsTrack seasonal fabric/finish developments, and support organization of pre-production tracking developmentsAttend required meetings and provide updates/ advice to all partners on development needs and statusAssist Product Developer in ordering development samples for milestone meetingsPerforms other duties as assigned (LEAVE ON FOR NON-EXEMPT JOBS ONLY)Bachelor's degree or combination of college education and related work experienceMinimum 1 year of experience working in product development or garment productionStrong analytical skills working with large data pools from multiple sourcesCreative problem solving and project management abilitiesExpert knowledge of MS Excel required; photoshop experience is a plusDesire to work in a very fast paced environment; ability to quickly pivot between tasksImpeccable communication skills across all channels with an ability to get the message acrossGreat attention to details and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills
