The Mgr, Territory Delivery Ops is responsible for leading, directing and coaching Unit Managers. This position provides operational support to the field and drives improvements in the delivery of products in order to optimize cost, performance metrics and customer service for our Sears, Sears Commercial and 3PL clients. This position drives program initiatives, including process compliance, quality management and safety.

Job Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ensures unit and associate adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS - Intelex)
• Ensures facilities are in compliance with processes and procedures, including Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC), local, State and Federal Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Drives operational excellence through facility audits and inventory management
• Performs metrics analyses that identify opportunities to maximize Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) at the unit and Territory level
• Completes financial and operational analysis, reporting and annual planning at the Territory level
• Manages projects to successful completion within the Territory or at National level
• Leads safety initiatives for the Territory
• Identifies best practices and recommends continuous improvement opportunities to the Territory Delivery Manager or National Operations team for review
• Ensures compliance of safety initiatives throughout the Territory
• Fosters and environment where best practices are shared and adopted

Job Requirements:
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Possesses and maintains a high degree of operating discipline
• Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and in small or large groups
• Ability to lead others to achieve business results
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to generate alternative solutions when faced with problems, and to evaluate the consequences of choosing various alternatives and select the optimum alternative
• Ability to analyze all aspects of the business utilizing data in order to identify issues, develop solutions and measure success/failure
• Ability to use Change Management to expertly guide others to accomplish team goals
• Ability to audit processes and functions
• Knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) drivers and ability to understand the impact of decisions on the P&L

Education Experience: Bachelor's Level Degree
Years of Related Experience: 5-10 Years
Driver's License Required: Yes
Travel Requirements: 75%
Age Requirement: 18+
