The Manager Marketing Planning - is responsible for the development of omni-channel marketing strategy & tactics for their business units. Responsible for implementing marketing strategies, marketing calendars, executing and delivering results. Partners cross functionally with Merchants, creative team and channel owners to support their product and business objectives with marketing activities.

Job Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Works with the Business Unit and Marketing team to develop an integrated marketing strategy and plan and executes
  • Plans, coordinates and implements marketing campaigns thru both traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Works with marketing channel teams to deliver strategy, optimize execution and improve campaign performance over time
  • Collaborates with the creative/brand team and external agencies (advertising, Public Relations (PR), direct, online) when needed to develop relevant creative
  • Coordinates and aligns category marketing plans with brand strategy and category promotional plans
  • Evaluates and analyzes program results and presents recommendations for changes in strategy
  • Reviews, and initiates when necessary, market research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate consumer attitudes into new directions
  • Uses market data and campaign analytics to provide value-added feedback and recommendations to product and partner business teams to help drive customer-centric product development and offer management

Job Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing, or its equivalent experience
  • 3-7 years in marketing, consulting or brand management
