The Mgr, HR Compliance supports the evaluation and advancement of the company's overall position of human resources compliance. The incumbent will develop executable, compliance related employment practices-related processes and oversee and administer programs designed to align the corporation's HR operations with policy and legal requirements, with a focus on ensuring effective interfaces of compliance-related tools with other systems and managing vendor relationships. The incumbent will also assist in assessing and prioritizing legal risks arising out of the company's human resources operations and taking steps as directed to implement practical processes and compliance programs as needed to support business needs and across the organization.

Job Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supports the design and development of effective and practical compliance programs. • Supports the development and implementation of action plans identifying, addressing and mitigating HR-related risks to the enterprise. • Oversees the implementation and sustained success of compliance programs that address and mitigate HR-related risks to the enterprise. • Remains versed in changing laws, regulations and procedures related to HR compliance. • Manages vendor/supplier contracts and performance as it relates to HR compliance-related programs • Partners effectively to develop resources and training that facilitates compliance and increases HR compliance literacy across the organization. • Fulfills other HR Compliance and employment practices responsibilities as assigned.
