The (Merchandise Sample) Process Coordinator is responsible for receiving, cataloging, and complete organization and handling of all merchandise samples in a specific category. This position works closely with the Buying Teams, the Online Item Build Team, the Sourcing Team, Marketing, and Third Party Vendors.

Job Requirements

*Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ordering samples from the vendor via the Workhorse System
• Receiving and check in of samples into the Workhorse system
• Putting samples away that come in from vendor and come back from studio
• Bar coding samples received in daily
• Reviewing and pulling samples to support advertising plans
• Reviewing Google docs to pull and provide samples to support special projects
• Maintaining receiving and storage rooms in an organized manner to be utilized by multiple business partners
• Forecasting and allocating storage space by season and business
• Updating excel spreadsheets and being able to extract data from multiple sources
• Use of various internal systems, i.e., Workhorse, CMA (Cost Model Application), IMA (Item Maintenance Application)
• Attending required Process Coordinator meetings
• Performing special projects as determined by Manager
• Performing other duties as assigned

*Physical Capabilities:
• Lifting, bending, and being able to move and open boxes that can weigh up to 10 lbs.
• Being able to roll carts/rolling racks of clothing
• Ability to reach arms up in order to work with high hanging clothing

*Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• AA degree preferred
• Excellent computer skills with the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and detail driven
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
