The Manager of Talent and Organization Effectiveness partners across all levels of leadership, within and outside of Human Resources function, to align organizational effectiveness strategies with the mission, values, and cultural beliefs of the company to deliver on our key results. The role may manage other members of the strategic talent solutions team with functional expertise and capabilities in talent management, learning and/or leadership development, and/or organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements


• Consults with Executive Leadership team members from the Home Services BU on high priority organizational, people and change interventions.
• Consults with HR generalists and their managers on the people strategies for Home Services business.
• Leads project teams in providing client solutions to address business transformation, strategy alignment, executive capability building, executive alignment and culture change.
• Provides consultation to key stakeholders, and implement organization effectiveness tools to ensure maximum engagement and continuous improvement of the company leaders.
• Develops/tracks key metrics for all organizational effectiveness strategic initiatives and interventions.
• Oversees change management processes associated with organizational change and interventions throughout the enterprise.
• Drives organizational initiatives by forming strategic objectives, communicating a compelling case for action, enlisting support for the endeavor and structuring the work for quick results.
• Serves as subject matter expert in the career planning and development of the specific pipeline
• Partners with enterprise learning organization to facilitate critical training programs as needed

• Bachelors Degree
• 5-10 years of related experience


• Professional experience working in a corporate environment
• Ability to interact with executive level leaders
