The Major Account Manager is a senior business relationship/account management position with a focus on increasing long term profitable business through identified strategic customers of A&E Factory Service or Sears Home Services. Major Account Manager is accountable for revenue per call and overall revenue. The typical account Manager is responsible for 200-500K in call or $20-60M in revenue and a targeted of 15% to 20% EBITDA profitability of their clients targeted. Responsible for seeking out and develop relationships/opportunities with new and existing clients.

Job Requirements

• Sets the strategic direction within the key accounts, including enhancing core customer relationships, negotiating contracts,
matching customer needs with core competencies, managing related projects and coordinating internal strategies. Serves as
primary contact to customers on behalf of the Company
• Establishes and manages business relationships with Third Party clients to increase revenue. Negotiates service contracts on
behalf of Third Parties
• Works with external business Executives and leaders to develop cross selling opportunities and builds awareness of organizations' capabilities. Identifies, gathers and acts on market opportunities that focuses on revenue and EBITDA goals
• Develops and institutionalizes a consistent and effective approach to new client implementation. Provides plan to support new and existing client needs. Serves as primary contact to customers on behalf of the Company
• Develops, implements and analyzes marketing strategies for attaining revenue and EBITDA goals
• Leads cross functional teams to identify, test and roll out new product categories to drive profitable revenue growth through new
• Anticipates competitive services and distinguishes them from competitor's services
• Leads cross functional teams to solve a range of business problems that can arise, including working through complex
organization operational areas
• Develops and maintains relationships with Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC) business runners within the District
