The Head of Digital Marketing leads is responsible for driving Omni-channel sales, with focus on both digital and store optimization marketing. This is a critical leadership component to increasing ROI on marketing spend and driving overall traffic.

Job Requirements

  • Translate business priorities into marketing strategies and tactics in conjunction with other teams to achieve broad financial and strategic goals
  • Exceed near term Customer and Gross Profit targets while building the foundation for long term growth; managing all the necessary trade-offs in between
  • Execute against performance targets in addition to tracking and delivering on key operational metrics (e.g., acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, return on investment) and effectively managing large budgets
  • Drive increased adoption of our cross-channel attribution solution to accelerate improvements in overall marketing efficiency and customer acquisition
  • Work with the larger marketing team supporting the execution of omni-channel, personalized programs targeted to specific consumer segments
  • Implement and manage third-party pay-for-performance partnerships and agencies
  • Build amazing, diverse teams and a winning culture that encourages innovation and mentorship. Manage the development and implementation of digital campaigns that meet brand awareness, traffic generation, ROI, lead generation and conversion objectives.
  • Monitor tracking, delivery and campaign performance on an ongoing basis. Generate campaign performance reports, provide performance analysis and execute to ensure positive ROI for investments and program.
  • Manage the marketing, financial, managerial and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development and implementation for complex digital engagement programs.

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce; general management and strategy consulting experience preferred
  • Ability to keep up a mastery in emerging trends / attributes - Uses market research to anticipate market trends and translate customer attitudes into new directions. Stays on top of all data sources for the digital retail category, competitive and customer information.
  • Comfortable with high levels of detail through tactics and reporting
  • Polished yet scrappy, entrepreneurial self-starter who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively in a high energy, fast-paced company environment
  • Demonstrated strength in conceptual strategy and execution while still maintaining a roll-up-your-sleeves management style
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and understand relationships between complex issues when problem solving
  • Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and handle risk to top and bottom line
  • Experience with identifying opportunities for the offline and online integration of customer engagement initiatives
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to define, implement and support key marketing & technology strategies and product initiatives
  • Ability to execute projects with aggressive timelines alongside a project roadmap
