The Executive Administrative Assistant provides support to the Region Vice President/General Manager and Staff. Manages multiple calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings (visuals, equipment, location, order meals, book restaurants). Maintains and updates group and unit directory database for Region. Provides clerical support to Region staff members, including copying, filing, faxing, mailing, and coordinating conference calls and meetings. Maintains Region level records to include organizational charts, phone directories, and meeting notes. Answers calls coming in to the Region office main telephone line.

Job Requirements

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Ability to focus on multiple tasks, while remaining detail oriented. Proficient skill in telephone operations and phone etiquette. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential Company information (financial and personal). Ability to identify tasks and projects with minimal guidance and direction.

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Experience: Senior administrative experience in a large company.
