This position will support Sears automotive in the areas of Corporate HR Generalist Support, HR Communications, Talent Analytics and HR Talent Development Systems/Processes while managing a team of four direct reports. This Leadership position draws on all aspects of HR functional skills (Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Analytics, Compensation, Organizational Effectiveness, Associate/Labor Relations and Corporate Communications) to ensure balanced, strategic decision making across Sears automotive.

Job Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partnering closely with HR Leadership and business unit leaders to ensure successful implementation of broad business and organizational change initiatives.
• This role is responsible for developing a unified automotive "voice" with our HR Centers of Excellence.
• The role will align our core HR corporate initiatives
• This person will help drive "data driven insights" into our key HR processes and decision making.
• Corporate HR Generalist support for all of automotive
• Develop automotive HR Communications Strategy

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors Degree
• Over 10 years of related experience
• 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong, effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and unusual common sense.
• Able to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while being cost-sensitive. Commitment to continuous learning.
• Knowledgeable in employment law and employee relations and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the company and on the
senior executive team.

• Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
• Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in human resources including HRIS, Microsoft Office suite of products, file
management, and benefits administration.
