Responsible for building the International Service Live marketing function, developing the Service Live Brand strategy and positioning, driving consumer business to the ecommerce platform and differentiating the offerings to service providers, and managing the marketing budget.


The Service Live Marketing Director is responsible for creating, directing and administering marketing programs for the Service Live ecommerce business model in the United States and internationally, including driving the acquisition of service providers and the marketing support of national clients like Nest, Flushmate and many others for installation and recall support. This position also ensures robust content management strategies and optimization of all digital assets. This position manages social media, service provider loyalty programs and coordinates all digital marketing, advertising, and outreach.

Job Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Owns and manages a portfolio of leading edge digital initiatives & promotions, including construction, projected ROI, and delivery of programs
  • Leverages consumer insights & loyalty data to research and develop understanding of customer trends with targeted digital interactions. Champions Liquidity, Targeted Interactions, Extreme Redeem, and other ShopYourWay tools
  • Plans & executes digital promotional programs, provides strategic direction, optimizes user centered product quality, and improves operational effectiveness.
  • Manages vendor funded digital programs & initiatives. Coordinates with merchants for new and on-going digital programs.
  • Works with OBU to manage all marketing levers, including SEO and SEM to optimize the BU s digital ROI.
  • Leads functional and cross-functional teams in defining, implementing and supporting key online, mobile & social marketing strategies and product initiatives.
  • Manages the social media agency to develop effective moderation planning, eco-system development and editorial calendars.
  • Collaborates with multiple stakeholders (Merchants, Online, Central Social Media, Media Services, etc.) to synthesize BU goals into digital marketing roadmaps.
  • Works with technical architects, interactive designers, creative agencies and BU partners to implement and market integrated multi- channel initiatives for the SHC user community including Birthday Club, FitStudio, Shop Your Way pages, etc.
  • Analyzes markets, consumers, competitors, internal product trends, and technology trends, along with revenue patterns of products. Uses market research to anticipate market trends and translate customer attitudes into new directions. Stays on top of all data sources for the digital retail category, competitive and customer information.
  • Monitors development process. Manages scope changes. Communicates project direction, approach, priorities, events and status to all project resources and business sponsors. Provides project updates, analysis, and recaps to senior management
  • Manages the marketing, financial, managerial and administrative direction for problem definition, analysis, requirements development and implementation for complex digital engagement programs.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Level Degree required
  • Project Management / Program Management
  • Experience managing and executing digital projects and social media planning
  • Experience identifying opportunities for the offline and online integration of customer engagement initiatives
  • Experience designing products from the perspective of optimizing the customer experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to define, implement and support key marketing & technology strategies and product initiatives
  • Experience executing projects with aggressive timelines; laying out and executing on a project roadmap / strategy
  • Experience conducting competitive benchmarking & customer research and using that information to shape product strategy
  • Familiarity with Web Based / eCommerce and social media technologies
