The Credit Account Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of credit disputes to avoid chargebacks. Researches and challenges any disputes that may become chargebacks in a timely manner so as to prevent avoidable losses to the company and business. Review and resolve Commercial One disputes received from Citibank via daily dispute report. Assist Citibank with Commercial One Account Reconciliation. Maintain reconciliation of COD Receivables. Process Check By Phone Requests. Maintain reconciliation of COD Receivables. Assist in Credit Referral process to obtain approvals on previously declined sales orders.

Job Requirements

  • Review and resolve Commercial One disputes received from Citibank via daily dispute report.
  • Review and resolve Third Party disputes received via mail, email, disputes reported in QNAI.
  • Accurate and timely communication with internal and external customers
  • Challenge and resolve all chargebacks
  • Maintain and update records to track number of disputes received, cleared or pending, charged back, recovered, etc.
  • Communicate to Management possible process improvements
  • Recognize and communicate issues that surface on a repetitive basis
  • Maintain reconciliation of COD Receivables
  • Process Check By Phone Requests
  • Assist Citibank with Commercial One Account Reconciliation
  • Assist in Credit Referral process to obtain approvals on previously declined sales orders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Order Management, minimum 1 year; Proficient skill in and knowledge of order management systems
  • Ability to learn and have in-depth knowledge of various management and sales reporting systems quickly
  • Knowledge of standard computer software systems and Microsoft applications
  • Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Ability to drive for results
  • Ability to enter data and maneuver efficiently using a keyboard, operate a mouse, use telephone and headset equipment, and listen while keying information into the system
  • Ability to work the Center's hours of operation with flexibility (Current hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. M-F and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday's as needed
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of frequent sitting and some standing and walking, with bending and reaching as necessary
  • All employees/associates may in the course of their duties come in contact with Credit / Debit Card Data. If this data is exposed as part of their position in the site/center, the associate must protect that data as directed and required by the compliance team to ensure SHC s compliance to current Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS)
  • Must have excellent communication skills written and oral
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of account management experience
  • 18 years of age or older
