The Chief of Staff serves as strategic/operations executive to the business president to facilitate professional objectives and business goals. This position supports the management of the business, the delegation and execution of projects, and oversight of the day-to-day operations including serving as business unit president’s strategic advisor and “right arm” managing the day-to-day operations, handling inquiries from team members and follow-up on emerging issues.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
Handles business initiatives/solutions
Establishes communication across all stakeholder departments in order to identify opportunities, resolve issues and implement modifications
Manage relationships with senior staff
Manages special projects to complete critical work for business unit
Monitors sales trends and expenses, and general oversight to the business P&L
Provides periodic reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
Develops business cases for high potential opportunities
