Management and supervisory responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the branch in accordance with goals and guidelines established by management. Minimal travel is required.

Responsibilities:
• Maximizes branch profitability and growth through safeguarding company assets, aggressive sales programs, associate development, effective fleet utilization and maintenance, and efficient customer service and expense control procedures.
• Ensures the timely and cost-effective resolution of all customer complaints.
• Directs, trains, motivates, provides guidance on a continuing basis and evaluates the performance of associates to achieve branch objectives and optimize individual professional development.
• Coordinates the various branch functions with the appropriate corporate staff, communicates with them on a continuing basis concerning the branch’s operation, making recommendations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensures the branch is in compliance with all Sears Carpet and Upholstery Care policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
• Develops and implements positive, consistently applied associate policies and practices to assure a union-free work environment. • Conducts three weekly quality assurance visits to different crews to ensure quality of workmanship and salesmanship.
• Reviews all computer reports and updates from staff on a daily basis and makes necessary changes and decisions to increase sales, profitability and quality of workmanship.
• Oversees and is directly responsible for the training and development of branch associates.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Professional-level management experience within a service environment. Demonstrated change management success. Excellent analytical ability and knowledge of cost ownership and applications.
