The Analyst, I&TG is responsible for representing stakeholder needs, leading and coordinating the collection and verification of customer & business needs, documenting and organizing the requirements for a technology and communicating the requirements to an entire team. This role is responsible for the definitions of business process based application requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Works with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements and prioritizing requirements.
  • Combines knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to create a functional design and writes user stories for a given application. Defines acceptance criteria.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between Business, Development and Testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Schedules and leads requirements sessions with stakeholders; translates them into user cases in functional specification documents and user stories.
  • Creates user help presentations/documentation for end users and internal support teams.
  • Facilitates implementation of new functionality through training and demonstrations.
  • Participates in requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, concise, comprehensive, feasible, and verifiable and that they conform to standards.
  • Identifies users, documents user characteristics, identifies appropriate representatives or systems for each user and determines their responsibilities and how they interact.
  • Performs analysis for changes affecting the business requirements
  • Reviews quality assurance and technical documentation to ensure they meet the business requirements
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge through continuous learning of latest methodology and technology to improve operation effectiveness and efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3-4 years of related experience
  • 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience in business process analysis, design & documentation
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge in Agile SDLC & JIRA, TFS tools is preferred
  • Solid written and oral communication skills. This includes the ability to communicate ideas and processes thoroughly and clearly to people at various levels of education and computer competency.
