Scope of Responsibility:

Responsible for administrative support and accurate reporting of operations data at the unit, business, and network level.

Job Summary:

The Senior Reports Administrator is responsible for providing a wide variety of advanced clerical and administrative support for one or two senior management Associates. This position's duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity, and includes researching and obtaining information and preparing operational and client reports, performing budget administration, providing team support for other administrative personnel, preparing internal and external Company correspondence, coordinating meeting and travel arrangements, recording meeting minutes, preparing presentations and working on special projects. This position's work is also of a critical or confidential nature, and requires a broad knowledge of department and Company practices, policies, procedures, programs, product lines and systems.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Performs advanced clerical duties with a high degree of urgency in a frequently changing, fast-paced environment
• Performs work assignments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Performs duties utilizing knowledge of departmental and Company practices, policies, procedures, programs, product lines and systems
• Researches and obtains information for routine, and often moderately complex reports, and compiles and analyzes data to provide reports to Company management and clients as required, and makes recommendations, as appropriate, for consideration and action by superior

Job Duties/Responsibilities(Contd.):
• Prepares presentations, executive correspondence, memorandums, reports and special announcements, and distributes to internal and external sources as appropriate
• Acts as a coordinator of departmental projects, following up on pending details, coordinating project team activities and ensuring deadlines are met
• Performs special project assignments and effectively communicates with appropriate representatives from a variety of functions within the Company to accomplish goals
• Provides guidance to lower-level Clerical or Administrative staff
• Maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
• Attends department and center meetings, documents pertinent action items for distribution to appropriate individuals and takes minutes, distributing as appropriate
• Coordinates agendas for visitors to the center, coordinates activities between departments and outside parties, meetings and meal functions and arrangements for on-site and off-site meetings
• Exercises independent judgment and exceptional reasoning skills in order to serve as a resource to others in the resolution of moderately complex problems and issues
• Handles inquiries within bounds of authority, and directs to appropriate parties when answer is beyond authority given
• Performs other duties as assigned

If this data is exposed as part of their position in the site/center, the associate must protect that data as directed and required by the compliance team to ensure SHC's compliance to current Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS)
