Job Summary The Sales Development Manager for Innovel drives the growth and execution in the areas of internal/external branding, marketing, communication, and sales. The incumbent is responsible for the progression and expansion of current clients through additional product categories and market segments, as well as supporting sales efforts that expand Innovel s overall client base. Additionally, the incumbent is accountable to meet and exceed annual revenue targets to achieve aggressive financial budgets. Other areas of emphasis include knowledge management for the Business Development team (i.e. Spring CM, Salesforce Management), trade show and conference strategy and preparation, and the facilitation of strategic planning through dedicated market research. The ideal candidate will have the autonomy to work from any location, ideally the East coast or West coast.
