JOB SUMMARY:
The Home Solutions Advisor Lead is responsible for improving lead generation, managing location relationships with retail stores and military base AAFES buildings and supporting Field Marketing Managers with training, coaching and field support.

As the first point of contact to potential members, the Home Solutions Advisor Lead must be courteous and professional and maintain a high level of customer service at all times. This includes asking appropriate questions to determine customer needs and interest in scheduling an appointment while responding appropriately to soft objections or concerns and maintaining and meeting scheduling requirements.


JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages relationships with location partners in retail stores, military base AAFES buildings and at consumer events and serves as a liaison for management
  • Develops and delivers monthly sales reports to leadership
  • Provides coaching to team on lead generation, customer service and sales techniques
  • Approaches and greets each member in a professional manner and thanks AAFES/store members for their service
  • Maintains a general knowledge of AAFES and/or store layout to direct members to specific departments
  • Communicates with internal partners with the member present to generate leads
  • Coordinates, manages and executes special events on military bases inside of AAFES buildings, retail locations, convention and festival venues within the market
  • Performs administrative duties such as timesheet submissions, lead management reporting, and training documentation, among others
  • Assists manager in onboarding and training new hires

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of related experience
  • Valid Driver License for the state of employment
  • Up to 25% travel

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Must have reliable transportation and maintain minimum requirements for auto insurance
  • Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English instructions and proper professional business language
  • Ability to pass and maintain a United States appropriate military background check
  • Ability to persuade with minimum selling skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter with the ability to stay focused on goals and be self-disciplined
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while handling rejection
  • Ability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs. (frequently lift, carry, push or pull 50 lbs.; occasionally lift, carry, push or pull 100 lbs.)
  • Ability to work a varied work schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
