We’re seeking candidates who are energetic and outgoing for our Brand Ambassador roles on our Marketing team. Job Summary: Brand Ambassadors are responsible for promoting the company’s products and services. Brand Ambassadors make an hourly rate of $10.50 per hour, plus $15 for each customer who is scheduled, and their appointment is confirmed to meet with the Sales team, in addition to $50 for each product sold. Depending on your motivation and drive as a Brand Ambassadors you may average $10.50 -$35.50 per hour.

Job Requirements

  • Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner while greeting customers in a retail location.
  • Educate Homeowner's on products and services the company offers in home remodeling.
  • Scheduling appointments with potential customers.
  • Building clientele with lead generation.
  • Participate in marketing strategy meetings with the Marketing team to help identify and obtain opportunities to bring our products and services to the community.
  • Must have outstanding communication and people skills, strong attention to details, and legible handwriting.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent a plus
  • Must be able to work any schedule during store hours
  • Must be dependable and the ability to adhere to specific event requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period
  • Experience with Face to Face Customer Interaction a plus
Compensation and Benefits
  • $10.50 per hour plus uncapped commission
