Builds customer loyalty by improving the skills of call center or web center customer service agents by facilitating procedural, systems, and soft-skills training. Provides direct supervision of class participants. Monitors performance, coaches for improvement, and provides feedback to team members. Models attributes such as valuing diversity, communicating openly and frequently, demonstrating integrity, and leading change management.

Job Requirements

Delivers training to students as specified by training manuals. Supervises associates performance and administers progressive discipline process while in training class. Stays technically proficient in subject matter of businesses supported. Stays proficient in instructional methods for adult learning. Evaluates student performance and provide coaching and remediation.

Ability to be a subject matter expertise in appropriate line of business. Frequent standing, some sitting and walking, bending and reaching as necessary. Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers, while continually wearing telephone headset. Ability to use standard training delivery and office equipment such as computer, overhead projector, copier, telephone, television and VCR/DVD players. Ability to lift 11-20 pounds on a regular basis, push/pull carts to move supplies from one location to another, and move office furniture to set up meeting rooms for training programs.
