The Talent Sourcer provides high quality candidate sourcing support via current, best-in-class techniques and methodology as well as direct recruiting tactics to attract passive candidates to SHC . Incumbent will be accountable for the implementation of sourcing strategies that align with the needs of the business. The Talent Sourcer cultivates and maintains relationships with both internal and external customers in the recruiting process as well as prequalifying candidates for open requisitions. This position aligns sourcing strategy with AAP goals to ensure diversity in key areas.

Job Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works with the recruiters and talent consultants to implement effective sourcing strategies to reduce reliance on RPO, and 3rd party agencies.
• Attracts and finds the right candidates for each position using effective sourcing techniques and the ability to establish rapport with potential candidates.
• Identifies and articulates the qualifications, strengths, and opportunities of candidates to hiring managers and talent consultants.
• Interfaces with candidates via phone and email and face to face when applicable to determine hireability.
• Provides exceptional candidate care and continuous follow-up to all candidates in the pipeline for business opening.
• Sells candidates on job opportunities at SHC and works with candidates to overcome objections.
• Commits to quality conversations in an effort to identify potential candidates for the role which is being sourced and responds
quickly to questions from candidates. Responds quickly to questions from candidates.
• Clearly articulates the company's Employee Value Proposition and business strategy to prospective candidates.
• Builds a network and maintains awareness of top prospective candidates for future openings.
• Conducts talent mapping of companies SHC is interested in recruiting from.
• Recruits passive candidates and obtains referrals for future reference.
• Uses all social media sites to locate talent
• Works to develop a customized approach to address each lead
explaining the work environment and total rewards package.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5-10 years of related experience
• Up to 25% travel
• 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 5+ years direct recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting, interviewing and assessing management candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• ATS system experience (BrassRing or Taleo preferred) CRM system experience
• Strong Marketing/Sales skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Intermediate or above Word and Excel
• Comprehensive understanding of popular Job boards and resume search sites
• Extensive experience in C old C alling with demonstrated results
