The Sr. Analyst, Talent Selection & Assessment is responsible for providing analytical and consultative support to large initiatives
throughout multiple businesses while managing various projects and high visibility initiatives.

Job Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinates multiple large and/or complex projects and initiatives to ensure timelines and goals are met, such as planning and
leading assessment development and validation studies; leading RFP writing, vendor review and selection, job analysis and
validation planning and execution, and assessment implementation; and similar large scale efforts.
• Develops, executes, analyzes, and manages all SHC assessments, selection tools and processes, and related trainings (including
but not limited to assessments, surveys, interview guides, developmental reports, etc.) to drive continuous improvement and
effectiveness in the company
• Consults to HR and BU partners at all levels of the company to identify needs and opportunities, and to launch, maintain and
improve talent selection and assessment instruments, programs, processes, and initiatives, including interview guides, rating
scales, skill assessments, and psychological tests used to assess skills, abilities, and interests for the purpose of employee
selection, assessment, placement, and promotion
• Performs statistical analyses using sophisticated analytical tools and software (i.e., Microsoft Excel, JMP, SPSS, and business
specific systems), interprets complex data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities, and presents and discusses results of
analyses to drive fact-paced decision making at all levels within the organization
• Conducts external and internal benchmarking on key metrics, selection and assessment practices and tools, and HR trends
• Conducts online and instructor-led interview trainings
• Leads job analysis sessions with business subject matter experts and documents results, writing technical reports to capture
research findings and provide legal documentation for assessments
• Maintains role-model integrity, high professional standards and ethics, and appropriate confidentiality with sensitive data and
information, and abides by APA's Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct
• Works with Procurement and Legal departments, along with vendors, to develop and execute Master Service Agreements (MSA)
and Statements of Work (SOW)
• Manages vendor relationships as well as reviews, interprets, and critiques validation and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses
conducted by vendors and recommends revisions to meet internal client needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors Degree
• 1-2 years of related experience
• 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the company
• Good presentation skills

• Knowledge of EEOC's Uniform Guidelines on Selection Procedures and other related employment law documents and legal
guidelines
• Knowledge of personnel selection, test construction and validation, psychometric concepts and calculations, behavioral
interviewing, research and experimental designs, and assessment types
• Knowledge of statistical methods and interpretation

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Master's or Doctorate Level Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
• Displays high energy, enthusiasm and excellent judgment
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes
