The Senior Marketing Specialist, Paid Search & Display, will be joining an internal center of excellence devoted to everything paid search that will take SearsHomeServices.com and ServiceLive.com to the next level. This role will also assume the day to day management of our display marketing. This position is a pivotal role responsible for driving profitable growth to the business by increasing visits and conversions to SearsHomeServices.com and ServiceLive.com across numerous business units. The role will support, guide and help manage various vendors to success across our businesses - repairs, home improvement and our marketplace.

Job Requirements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops a variety of ad copy for the Pay-Per-Click marketing channel
  • Works with agency to execute ad copy testing plans
  • Optimizes keyword account, including, but not limited to Cost per Lead analysis through a variety of breakdowns - Geo, day parting, messaging and others to maintain cost per goals by channel
  • Develops landing page testing environments and works with research, analytics and web development groups to execute tests via search and display channels
  • Measures and maintains ad copy test grid for increased Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL) or Ad Ratio
  • Consults daily with Paid Search and Display vendors on optimal optimizations or initiatives
  • Drives analysis across display campaigns by geo, ad layout, and 3rd party sites to drive efficient brand awareness
  • Builds display creative with team members based on learnings and messaging found by analysis of numerous campaigns
  • Deep dive into Google Analytics to identify nuggets of success we can exploit across marketing channels and online experience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
  • Fluent in Google analytics, Google Ad words, Bing Ad Center, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with Kenshoo or DoubleClick
  • Familiar with AB testing
  • Measures and maintains ad copy test grid for increased Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL) or Ad Ratio
