The Salesforce Data Administrator is part of the Salesforce team that is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving the data integrity in Salesforce and related systems. In this role you will be part of a fast-paced team supporting a high-availability system that requires you to work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and rollout functionality that delivers the company’s vision and strategy. The Salesforce Data Administrator will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Salesforce.

Job Requirements

  • Gain a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill gaps;
  • Generate a data integrity framework that insures record accuracy and completion, and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the data input rules – Document and Socialize Data integrity rules
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Salesforce data.
  • Develop Business Requirement Documents for Salesforce related Projects & Enhancements
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions on-time
  • Responsible for the development and organization of Salesforce Reports
  • Develop user guides for new and existing product functionality
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and to encourage adoption
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Maintain a healthy research and/or education status to keep up with technology's fast pace growth
  • Perform interface configurations as needed

Required Skills and Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Data management skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL or relational database
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects
  • Solid technical background with understanding of development and web technologies
  • Strong problem solving skill and willingness to dive into the details
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled at Tableau or some equivalent data visualization tool
  • 3-5 years Salesforce.com administration and complex configuration (Workflow Logic, Field Validation, etc.)
  • Pardot, Service Cloud or CPQ experience a plus
