This position is responsible for managing all activities related to the routing of service orders to primarily ensure customers receive service when requested, and secondarily, balance business needs with technician work/life balance. This position is responsible for providing coaching and leadership assistance to a team of routing associates in the day-to-day operations of the routing office.

Job Requirements

• Resolve issues arising from:
• Escalated customer service issues
• Technician route concerns
• Unplanned unavailability
• Monitors route activity on Service Gantt
• Performs additional coaching and leadership tasks as assigned by the Route Manager
• Participates in routing center payroll planning process
• Provides strong process-oriented leadership for essential Region Routing Center job functions
• Supports B2B growth as a single point of contact for a major account
• Supports new work moving into the center - assists with hiring and training process in partnership with leaders
