Serves as the overall Platform Integration Manager for the In-House Member Service Associate team. The Platform Integration Manager is responsible for managing the total integration of all MSA platform tools and payment systems, assessing and detailing requirements to integrate build CRM infrastructure, managing the reporting from the platforms, and working cross-functionally with the product engineering, telephony (CISCO), Telluride, and MAP teams (Looker) to integrate systems.

Job Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Leads the MSA infrastructure that addresses hardware (iPads), software, and system performance requirements
• Develops, communicates, maintains, and enforces the overall architecture of the CRM applications, as well as payment systems, MSA-performance management, Workforce Management data, and the overall technical infrastructure for the in-house MSA team.
• Responsible for interface and integration strategies with external systems and processes, including determining, understanding, and maintaining business requirements for those interactions.
• Leads technical solutions and collaborates closely with the senior management/team members to enhance the customer experience systems.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant technical field
• At least 5 years technical experience working with CRMs, payment systems,
• Understands all solution components and how they inter-operate to support business processes and management information needs.
• Experience implementing an CRM system preferably using Agile development principles.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM integration methods and related technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
• Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working cross-functionally.
