The National Manager is responsible for multiple national accounts (i.e. Vertical Transportation, Housekeeping, HVAC) in 425 retail locations. Also responsible for management and roll-out of SHC brand standard programs. This position is cross-functional and interacts with procurement, legal, risk management, operations, and many other departments to support retail services.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible financially to monitor, track, and report on national spend monthly in the various national accounts.
  • Acts as liaison and business partner with each business unit for any and all business changes related to Brand Standards and National Accounts (FLS and Kmart)
  • Partners with Procurement for national contract reviews, bids, awards, and roll-outs with business partners for all national accounts
  • Responsible for selection, qualification, and training for all new vendors awarded work with Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC)
  • Responsible for auditing monthly invoices
  • Closes partnership with Facilities finance to ensure vendors are invoicing and receiving payment per the terms of their contract
  • Responsible for vendor transitions with our incumbent vendors, new vendors, and field teams
  • Interacts with Legal, Loss Prevention, and Risk Management for contractual issues that surface at field level related to our national housekeeping contracts
  • Responsible to effectively, efficiently and positively impact the conditions and appearance of facilities by continually coaching, monitoring, and supporting our field teams related to Brand Standards.
Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years account management or project management
  • Microsoft Office/Word/Excel proficient
