The National Contract Manager is responsible for managing all contracts from beginning to end to ensure contracts include standard contract language for proper implementation and profitability. The National Contract Manager is also responsible for aligning and influencing a variety of positions and teams including; Retail Partners, Legal, Business Integration Team, Channel Operations Team, NCC Team, Claims Accounting, In-Home Operations, Capacity, and Sales Team. The position is also responsible for ensuring all contract data is reflected correctly in internal systems for proper invoicing and revenue generation. The National Contract Manager is the main point person for answering all questions regarding contracts and contract requirements.

Job Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Leads contract notification communication and serves as the catalyst for lifecycle implementation on existing contracts
• Manages all contracts through the Business Requirement Document/contract lifecycle process
• Facilitates weekly calls with Directors for Business Requirement Document contract approvals
• Facilitates monthly contract renewal meetings with various business units throughout the organization
• Serves as the SPOC for contract information across the organization
• Responsible for Mid Contract Requirement Triggers to include price increases, fuel surcharge changes, and others as documented.
• Maintains all contract Information accurately in internal systems to drive notifications and other triggers as needed.
• Maintains and drives improvement to standard contract language that keeps overall profitability as the focus.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities throughout the contract lifecycle process.
• Coordinates documentation needed from legal team(s) as needed
• Leads and participates as needed for all projects and improvement activities that cross over to contracts
• Supervises the internal account manager to adhere to all contract practices, compliance and communication expectations.
• Supports NCC, Accounting, Channel Managers and Account Managers to resolve any outstanding issues with clients and contracts in regards to compliance and language. Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at all levels of the organization and with external clients
• Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel skills to include formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups Preferred Skills:

• Home Services experience, business process knowledge Education Requirements: Bachelor's Level Degree Years of Related Experience: 5-10 Years Travel Requirements: 25% Age Requirement: 18+
