This Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of targeted member programs aimed at adding value to our member’s lives. This role will be required to collaborate with business partners to rapidly develop strategy and execute email campaigns in response to emerging market conditions. SHC has developed sophisticated systems that provide huge amounts of members and business performance data in real time. This marketing manager will leverage this insight to deliver initiatives that positively impact channel performance in a near real time environment.

Job Requirements

Collaborate with various business partners to define requirements, build project time lines and execute against those timelines
Own the strategy, successful execution and optimization of initiatives of various levels of complexity which could be online, in-store or a combination of both.
Integrate new digital capabilities working with internal partners and external agencies.
Understand and analyze customer preferences, and motivators and drive new and innovative member experiences.
Create and execute offers relevant to the targeted member group, in a test environment, then follow through with post-mortem analysis to determine go forward recommendations.
Focus on real-time program executions, delivering business impact through the all available channels.
Develop presentations for senior leadership demonstrating fact based decision making and innovative thinking.

2-3 years of experience as a manager of complex, cross-functional projects is required
Bachelor's degree required with education, training or certification in marketing and/or communications a plus.
