The Manager, Digital & Social Marketing will be responsible for developing strategy and managing a number of social media platforms for assigned Sears Home Services business units and for utilizing those channels to market the business. This will include developing social media policies and procedures, expanding presence in social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest and more. This role will also liaise with Sears' Public Relations team and agency to drive integration between Social Media efforts and Public Relations initiatives. The Manager will work with social agency partners to develop an editorial calendar and will oversee development of content marketing pieces to market assigned Sears Home Services businesses.

Job Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
•Creates, nurtures and promotes expansion and evolution of a robust social media program for assigned Sears Home Services business units.
• Creates and administers editorial content calendars to ensure relevant and engaging content that is relevant to Sears Home Services' shifting seasonal needs.
• Manages social media content development and distribution across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest, and Sears Home Services' website content hub.
• Develops appropriate KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the effectiveness of all managed activities we well as a regular reporting and communication cadence to senior management and other internal teams.
• Directs paid social amplification and social influencer programs, including administration of an app-based field social enablement tool.
• Liaises with Sears Home Services' social moderation team to ensure timely and relevant moderation and response to reviews.
• Oversees review aggregation process with 3rd party vendor, ensuring reviews post accurately to Sears Home Services websites.
• Ensures integration between social and public relations content development as well as distribution of public relations content across a variety of platforms, including Satellite Media Tours and ongoing news engines to drive exposure in national and key local markets.
• Collaborates with SEO team to ensure content is optimized against SEO priorities.
• Ensures knowledge of and passion for exploring the latest trends in social media and new technologies and applying these, where appropriate, to Sears Home Services' programs.
• Manages social and public relations agency partners, including development, communication and execution of annual scopes of work.

Required Skills:
•Bachelor's Level Degree
•5-10 years experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how they interact with another
• Proven track record directing and managing social media and public relations programs at a high level and leveraging research/analysis to drive strategic direction, best practices and process improvements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge and understanding of SEO and how it is affected by social
• Ability to stay ahead of trends and adapt to new and changing environments.
