Job Function: Call Center

  • Sets up and enters new claims into claims management system.
  • Inputs and reviews notes/diaries in claims management system as instructed.
  • Continuously work open cases, managing expectations with clients and customer based vendor feedback.
  • Manage various email silos by addressing and responding to correspondence and inquiries, as appropriate, using templates and/or composing accurate and professional email responses.
  • Provide thorough, reliable, and timely assistance via phone and/or email to providers, external customers and internal customers to reach resolution to escalated customer cases.
  • Reviews, prepares, creates, and/or sends letters, reports, and forms.
  • Requests and process payments.
  • Assist in the implementation of special projects and programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Skill/Knowledge/Experience Requirements:
  1. 1+ year customer service experience required.
  2. Insurance claims experience a plus.
  3. Experience in home services industry and/or understandings contracting companies' processes a plus.
  4. Computer skills, including proficiency using the Internet and Microsoft Office applications required.
  5. Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills required.
  6. Clear speaking voice, good command of the English language. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
  7. Ability to professionally interact with all levels of division personnel, as well as, clients, vendors and all other office visitors.
  8. Able to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work.
  9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks with strong attention to detail required.
  10. Ability to operate in a team environment with the expectation of enhancing and contributing to the offices overall effectiveness and success.
General Work Requirements:
  1. Ability to work rotating weekends based on business needs required.
