The Manager, Demand Planning is responsible for planning, managing and maintaining replenishment for all specified lines of business. This position is also responsible for monitoring and adjusting variables to meet the needs of our customers. This individual will effectively manage demand plan to drive best in class fill rates and supply chain service to our customers.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Improving supply chain economics by implementing best practices, identifying new opportunities to improve existing processes and methodologies in our endeavor for growth. Design, implement and monitor high level performance measures to ensure continued operational performance improvement.
• Manage the creation and execution of the Demand Plan to support sales and service goals within the Supply Chain.
• Implement demand planning and forecasting strategies to meet sales and business goals.
• Maintains collaborative partnership with Vendor Management and Supply Planning to maintain proper customer inventory levels to support best in class service.
• Monitor and report on key metrics to support demand planning with a particular focus on exception management and forecast accuracy. Provide support for weekly meetings reviewing metrics that include service level, customer fill rate and Inventory.
• Manage inventory and replenishment strategies.
• Escalates constraints, and concerns that threaten quality service levels and Customer experience. Recommend short-term actions to mitigate impacts and long-term strategies to avoid reoccurrence.
• Build strong strategic alliances with internal and external partners to achieve key objectives.
• Manage multiple supply chain initiatives in a fast paced, high-volume, continuously changing environment. results

Job Requirements

REQUIRES
• Bachelor's Level Degree
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
