The Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Marketing will work closely with the Director of Strategy and Marketing to develop, oversee and help implement programs and projects that support Sears Holdings and Shop Your Way Financial Services short and long-term strategies. This position will work closely with both internal and external cross-functional partners of various levels within and outside of the organization to ensure strategic initiatives and deliverables are met on time and on budget.

This position will also support the marketing efforts and strategies of the Shop Your Way Financial Services product categories with a key focus on the Sears credit portfolio. This seasoned marketing professional should have a fresh vision and the ability to develop strategies and oversee implementation and execution. This role will provide the opportunity to transform Shop Your Way Financial Services’ existing member marketing for one the nation’s largest retailers.

A proven track record in leading and managing complex projects to successful completion. Solid critical thinking and problem solving skills, including the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to identify assumptions, draw conclusions translate into recommendations and action plans.

  • 5-7 Years of relevant marketing experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
