Job Summary:
  • The individual will effectively manage and be responsible for replenishment of all off-price inventory by maintaining BU in stock standards while achieving planned turnover and revenue growth.

  • This position is responsible for working with the their manager and merchants partners to improve forecast accuracy the best stores, and evaluate sell through across the chain to maximize returns on inventory investment.

  • Position will be responsible for reviewing sales and receipt forecasts for various lines of business and documenting findings and reporting on follow-up issues.

  • Individual will be responsible to research issues as they are uncovered by the business analysts and decision making on next steps or solutions.

Job Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes the appropriate tools and levers to optimize in-stock and minimize unproductive inventories. Maintains collaborative partnership with stores to maintain proper inventory levels to support profitable sales and communicates key strategies and initiatives to store partners.
  • Leads others to adapt processes, solutions, successes, ideas and participates in continuous teaching about system capabilities and supply chain processes.
  • Analyzes sales and stock levels to ensure that reorder recommendations made by the replenishment system reflect sales trend and presentation standards.
  • Keeps the Inventory Manager/Director updated on current projects/problems
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Supply Chain Related Field or four years related experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of desktop applications and Windows based programs such as Excel including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables, Word, PowerPoint proficiency at Advanced Level.
  • Intermediate knowledge/certification on Supply Chain/Inventory
  • Market Knowledge
  • Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Highly flexible and able to work well under pressure
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of Inventory Metrics such as in stock, turnover, total supply chain at cost
  • Clear communication skills and team oriented
