GENERAL SUMMARY: The Installation Manager is responsible for the overall management of installation associates, including developing and administering training programs for the organization’s delivery and installation personnel. The Installation Manager will also monitor programs and personnel to ensure compliance with these programs, which includes field observations. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for overall management of installation associates in Appliance Builder Distributor business. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Manages installation associates. • Must hold appropriate state(s) business license to handle major appliance installation and ventilating hoods in connection with existing fuel and energy lines which are installed by others (must have license within 90 days of start date). • Develops effective installation training programs. • Certifies, audits and tests personnel for certification levels. • Provides on-site inspections to insure quality standards are being achieved. • Determines resolutions for customer service, installation performance, and damage issues. • Administers disciplinary action and/or training resulting from incorrect installations and/or failure to comply with company procedures. • Assists installation teams a necessary to insure customer expectations are met. • Performs installation service calls as necessary. • Analyzes necessary new skills to be taught and developed to stay up to date with new product introductions. • Establishes operational procedures to insure the timely execution of delivery and installation orders. • Ethics: Treats people with respect and keeps commitments. Job Requirements

• Knowledge of the home appliance and/or plumbing and construction industry.
• Experience in order fulfillment / order expediting / job scheduling.
• Experience in delivery routing and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of UBC building codes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude as well as knowledge of carpentry and electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through others.
• Proven track record of developing associates, building, motivating and maintaining a team.
• Understanding how to forecast, budget, and analyze business financial reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
