The Manager, Human Resources implements HR solutions that enable the business to successfully achieve its objectives. With their business partners, the incumbents execute and monitor HR strategies, including performance management, career development, and change management. The incumbent provides guidance and coaching on HR process.

Job Requirements

• Partners with specialized HR departments (compensation, recruitment, training, etc.) to meet the specific needs of the business
• Coaches and supports business managers in associate selection, retention, and performance
• Aids in staff forecasting and designing workforce solutions
• Diagnoses HR issues within the business and recommends strategies for resolution
• Implements change management, six sigma, and diversity initiatives
• Ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Monitors HR metrics and improves HR processes to ensure quality, timely and consistent service

• Bachelors Degree
• 5-10 years of Human Resources or related experience

• PHR / SPHR preferred
• Sourcing and selection expertise
• Ability to support a large associate population
• Ability to effectively communicate with and manage a variety of issues related to employees
