The Head of Online Business Development is responsible for establishing new and innovative partnerships with external organizations that offer products and services desired by our members.

Job Requirements

  • Translate business priorities into business development strategies and tactics in conjunction with other teams to achieve broad financial and strategic goals
  • Effectively generate effective leads and appropriate reporting
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of high value accounts
  • Develop compelling proposals that align with internal and external partner priorities
  • Define and drive contractual agreements with business and technology decision-makers

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • 8+ years of successful business development experience, preferably in eCommerce and/or retail
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Translating emerging industry and broader trends to new and expanded business opportunities
  • Experience working effectively with business, financial and technical leadership to refine go-to-market positioning and identify and close gaps in program features, packaging and pricing
  • Lead by example, personally drive strategic opportunities and positively improve the performance of others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
  • Bachelor's degree
