TransformCo is looking for a Graphic Designer in our San Francisco, CA Apparel office. You will create and execute all graphic and print work for private label brands through the use of Adobe Software. This position will design into specific product categories. Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, manipulate, and color all artwork needed for product design (graphics, screens, appliqués, embroideries).
  • Prioritize and organize creative requests based on the seasonal calendar to meet established deadlines.
  • Maintain in-house library of graphic/print/pattern/applied art for use by design.
  • Stay current on new and developing art trends.
  • Work closely with print/ pattern CAD designers to build out cohesive seasonal collections
  • Work closely with designers to create and implement design concepts consistent with private brand strategies.
  • Support special projects and responsibilities in CAD (presentations, printer maintenance, updating filing, updating forms, etc.)

Skills/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent.
  • Good eye for design. Proven ability to create fashion right salable graphics for screenprinting/ embroidery/ appliqué.
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop. Good working knowledge of all software and design tools available in the system.
  • Strong color sense, hand illustration and hand lettering/ typography experience is appreciated.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record for designing salable graphics for Juniors and/ or Womens categories
  • Ability to support dual teams of CAD and Design
