  • The Store Supv PDS, Co-Located is responsible for all areas of performance for a co-located Parts Direct Store to ensure achievement of profitability goals.

Job Requirements

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manages the day-to-day operations including growing the business by marketing and building customer loyalty through long-term relationships.
  • Reviews financial reports to identify trends and implement solutions in order to ensure store financial plans are achieved.
  • Ensures all merchandising is complete and accurate using tools including pricing, store layout, and planograms while maintaining inventory accuracy through process management.
  • Maintains store space and assets by ensuring loss prevention, security, and safety policies are followed.
  • Conducts safety and security audits, and identifies and implements business solutions to address safety and security issues and assist with onsite visits and/or inspections within occupied 4-Walls.
  • Oversees shipping/receiving process and member drop-off/pick-up repair service at participating locations.
  • Manages the opening and closing, safety and security of occupied 4-walls.
  • Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Computer literacy and software application knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, administrative, organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
  • Analytical ability to gather and interpret information, and to develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Retail sales management and operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Education Experience: HS Graduate or Equivalent
Years of Related Experience: 3-4 Years
