The Director, Pricing position spearheads the Direct to Consumer repair services and has bottom line responsibility of revenue and profitability of this line of business. This position works cross-functionally with other key groups like marketing, sales, field operations, customer service, product teams/IT, and finance to ensure alignment on revenue and profitability driving strategies. This individual will participate in defining the product strategy, design roadmap, and feature requirements by providing corresponding justification, developing the business case, and ensuring that the overall business objectives are satisfied. This role requires an ability to perform data analytics leveraging operational and financial reports to determine opportunities to drive revenue and streamline cost to repair. This individual will report the performance of the Direct to Consumer repair services line of business to the senior leadership along with opportunities and roadmap to continuously grow the business in sales and profitability.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish a pricing strategy at national and geo level based on product speciality, seasonality, and other demand supply triggers to optimally drive completed repairs.
  • Partners closely with sr/product manager to develop options to build the right product features.
  • Collaborates with marketing to efficiently allocate ther spend based on state of service and profitability at geo level.
  • Partners with Sales team on repair service features and participate in call calibrations to drive conversion in both online and call center channels.
  • Monitors operational KPIs and partner with field teams to drive efficient execution of repair calls to ensure profitability as well as customer experience.
  • Forecast sales and revenue and partners with Finance team for reconciliation
  • Provide weekly sales and operations report for Home Services executives.
  • Develop Monthly Business Review materials on business performance updates and future opportunities/roadmaps and present it to senior leadership of Home Services.
  • Work with Analytics team to ensure KPIs are reported accurately and also provide them with business requirements on any new reporting needs.
  • Works with Sears IT and CCHS IT to make sure critical data is readily available, and to drive automation.
  • Participate in specialized operations and reporting requests to support the program.
