The Dir Mgr, Project Management develops and applies Project Management processes in the execution of projects. This position
works as the primary contact with stakeholders on new project requests. This position works with stakeholders to estimate and
schedule project work based on delivery requested dates, resource capacity and scope. This position provides regular project status updates including revisions to schedules, resource allocation, risks and delivery dates to project teams as well as management.

Job Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees cross-functional and cross-divisional collaboration on project management, execution and achievement of business
results.
• Ensures the staffing across project teams is synergistic and allows for realization of business objectives to include Business
Operating Profit (BOP) and Revenue objectives.
• Builds, manages and leads the Project Management team.
• Builds, manages and leads the Project Management team.
• Partners with other stakeholders to drive program strategy
• Ensures the efficient allocation of resources and execution of projects.
• Monitors program, activities, milestones, roadmaps and funding.
• Supports prioritization of project work through resource planning and financial tracking
• Keeps senior management informed of project status in relation to both quality and timeliness and liaises with other managers/
directors to improve the effectiveness of the organization.
• Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting
and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 10+ years professional related work experience
• Must have the ability to coordinate all support aspects of project management, successfully manage project team(s) and have the
ability to liaise successfully with clients
• Seeks and participates in development opportunities above and beyond training required by job description
• Ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver high quality work consistently and on time
• Proficiency in industry standard project management software such as Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite of products
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Ability to communicate in spoken and written English well enough to be understood by direct reports, supervisors, co-workers, and customers
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of sitting and some standing and walking, with bending and reaching as necessary
• Ability to demonstrate self control by maintaining composure and keeping emotions in check even in difficult situations
