The Network Account Specialist assists in staffing all required Select Provider Networks (SPNs), as specified by the business. This position performs outbound calling and application management of Providers (Contractors) for entry into the ServiceLive network.

This position focuses largely on recruiting a network of 1099 contractors across multiples trades and ensure Providers complete the registration/onboarding process in ServiceLive . This position handles all escalated SPN issues and assists with all other SPN support responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

  • Cold calls potential vendors and communicates the value proposition through feature benefit selling
  • Provides thorough, reliable, and timely assistance via phone and email to service provider to ensure accurate execution of contract and terms
  • Acts with sense of urgency to recover out of compliance SPN members in order to ensure the SPN is fully staffed and operable for service buyers
  • Researches and assists with trouble shooting and solving of SPN membership violations in order to ensure the health of the SPN
  • Manages various email silos by addressing and responding to correspondence and inquiries, as appropriate, using templates and/or composing accurate and professional email responses
  • Interacts with service providers and to encourage completion of SPN application requirements and track and manage the provider SPN membership through to its completion
  • Reviews individual application progress, monitors applications for critical qualifications, credentials or certifications and contacts applicants to advise them on requirements, status, and procedures, as applicable through the use of documents, reporting and data in various databases
  • Reviews customer requests in specific geographic areas and for specific product types; identifies service provider gaps and provide feedback to business leaders on replenishment strategies for the purposes of meeting the requirements of the SPN
  • Uses the Internet to and other data sources to locate new service providers for the purposes of building geographic coverage and/or product expertise as required by the SPN
  • Assists in the implementation of special projects and programs
  • Performs other duties as assigned



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Valid Driver License for the State of employment
  • 18 years of age or older


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1-2 years inbound/outbound sales and customer service experience required
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, interpret reports and identify trends, and research complex issues
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency using the Internet and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to meet sales targets
  • Ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs required
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written English well enough to be understood by supervisors, co-workers, and customers
  • Ability to enter data and maneuver efficiently using a keyboard, operate a mouse, use telephone and headset equipment, and listen while keying information into the system
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of frequent sitting and some standing and walking, with bending and reaching as necessary
  • Ability to demonstrate self-control by maintaining composure and keeping emotions in check even in difficult situations
  • All employees/associates may in the course of their duties come in contact with Credit / Debit Card Data. If this data is exposed as part of their position in the site/center, the associate must protect that data as directed and required by the compliance team to ensure SHC s compliance to current Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS).


PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Some college or Associate degree
  • Telemarketing, Sales, or Recruiting Experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
