JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager, Contractor Recruiting and Compliance analyzes contractor coverage data, market strength, demand data, contractor skill profiles, and contractor utilization trends to conceptualize, communicate and implement corrective action through coverage needs and market change. This position also develops and implements new supply options, partners with field and territory business partners to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide proactive strategic coverage planning based on business direction and growth

Job Requirements

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages a team of contractor recruiters responsible for identifying and onboarding potential 1099 workforce to install our company's product offerings
• Provides business decision based on analysis by proactively analyzing coverage and identifying gaps and potential problem areas with contractor coverage and footprint, availability and performance
• Identifies adjustments to contractor profiles as needed to ensure coverage profile alignment to business needs and works directly with field management to address immediate needs for coverage
• Provides and maintains written functional specifications for all recruiting and compliance processes and develops coverage program release strategies and rollout plans
• Works directly with contractor recruiting sources to ensure timely resolution of existing and upcoming contractor needs, and ensures timely resolution of business issues and questions related to recruiting, coverage and compliance
• Maintains all out of network contractor management system, including the onboarding and contractor confirmation process, profile setup, ongoing provider firm and tech-level compliance and provider network requirements and templates
• Manages joint strategic projects and workshops concerning network utilization and coverage strategies with contractor services managers and field business partners
• Develops, plans, leads, and implements new solutions to create 1099 contractor capacity solutions, including partnership implementations with multi-resource service providers, developing systems integration business requirements, and setting up systems to support implementation
• Supports strategic projects as required to consolidate all Authorized Servicer contractor network business process and open order management functions within a single, consolidated platform
• Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors Degree
• 3-4 years of related experience
• Up to 25% travel
• 18 years of age or older

• Strong knowledge of computers and software applications and tools (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, etc.)
• Prior management or leadership experience

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Understanding of Home Improvement business, with the ability to communicate goals and objectives
• Prior Contractor Recruiting & Contractor Compliance experience preferred
