The Compliance Specialist I is responsible for providing responsive service to contractors, field staff, Insurance and Licensing entities while maintaining the contractor database and files.

Responsible for auditing provider permitting, licensing, and regulatory expectations to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements


• Provides thorough, reliable and timely assistance via phone to providers and internal customers to ensure successful onboarding of providers.
• Maintains the provider compliance database and associated provider profile on the ServiceLive platform. Faxes, scans and uploads documents to Providers profiles to enable transparency of certification.
• Promptly follows up with insurance agencies and service providers in order to recover renewal certifications that enable providers to remain in an active status and be eligible to perform work on behalf of ServiceLive's family of products and services.
• Uses documents, reporting and data in various systems to audit document submissions and verify the requirements, status, and procedures for compliance of providers, as applicable.
• Ensures systems are updated when contractor out of compliance and communication is sent out to appropriate parties.
• Reviews new contractor packets submitted and follows up with contractor or local Sears contractor liaison to ensure all paperwork is completed and in compliance with ServiceLive requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.


• 2+ years sales and customer service experience required
• Excellent keyboard familiarity and data entry skills required.
• Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency using the Internet and MS Office applications required
• Clear speaking voice, good command of the English language required
• Strong verbal, written and telephone skills required
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with strong attention to detail required
• Ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs required
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities throughout any given day.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.


• Customer Service and recruiting or sales experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• General administrative duties experience
• Must be comfortable with independent decision making
• Familiarity with faxing and scanning of documents.
